Shipping & Return Policy

 What is your shipping policy?

Alongside Canada Post and USPS, I now offer express shipping using private carriers, such as Fedex and Purolator, for all orders within Canada and the United States. Overseas orders will be shipped with Canada Post. Regardless of carrier, all orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Amie Aliza Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels. Orders over $100 CAD qualify for FREE shipping! 

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA:
Expedited Flat Rate (Canada Post): $10 CAD, 6-8 business days
Express Flat Rate (Fedex, Purolator): $15 CAD, 1-3 business days

ORDER TO THE UNITED STATES:
Tracked Packet USA (USPS): $8 USD, 8-14 business days
Standard International (FEDEX): $13 USD, 4-8 business days
Express International (FEDEX): $16 USD, 2-3 business days

What is your processing time?
Processing time is 1-4 business days. I pride myself on getting your orders out as quickly as possible! Each product's processing time varies, please check the product description for the particular timeframe. Once I ship and fulfill your order, my website automatically generates a "hey, your order is on it's way!" email. Please look for this confirmation email in your junk/spam folder.
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 60 days of order date, for a full refund, or exchange. Returned items must be have no signs of wear or damage. Please return your items in the original packing it came in (or smaller). No oversized boxes will be accepted, as this unnecessarily increases shipping rates. For my Canadian customers, a pre-paid shipping label can be generated online and printed at home via Canada Post. Please email info@amiealiza.com for the link to do so. For my international customers, I am not set up for pre-paid shipping, therefore shipment will need to be covered by the customer. Once your item arrives back to Amie Aliza Jewelry, the refund or exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days. 
What do I do if my jewelry is defective, or breaks?
I want each item to last you a long time, as any piece of good jewelry should! If you find that your jewelry breaks due to a workmanship error, within 90 days of purchasing, send a photo of the issue to info@amiealiza.com, and I'll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. Shipping costs will be covered by Amie Aliza Jewelry. Improper use or storage of your item will not be covered by this policy.
Will I be charged duties, taxes, or any other fees?
Canadian customers will have GST/HST added at checkout, and is automatically calculated based on your province. International duties and taxes vary by country, please note that I do not have control over potential import fees and local taxes.
What if I type in the wrong address at checkout?
Unfortunately, no refund or free replacement will be given for an incorrect address. It will be the customer's responsibility to try and track down the package. If you are unable to retrieve the package, it will be up to the customer to place another order. For this reason, please ensure you are double checking your shipping details before hitting that order button!
