Shipping + Returns
Returns (International Customers)
If you are outside of Canada and would like to make a return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for a return shipping label at your local post office. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. To avoid the parcel getting lost in the mail, it is highly recommended to purchase tracking. Once the item arrives back at Amie Aliza Jewelry, the refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
I do not accept exchanges, only returns at this time. If you are unhappy with your purchase and have changed your mind, please mail your item back for a return, and complete a new order.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post/USPS with a tracking number. After your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, your package is now under the responsibility of your respective courier. Amie Aliza Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after they have been scanned in by the post office. If you need help locating your package please reach out to your local post office first, then reach out to me if you need further assistance.

Expedited Flat Rate (Canada Post): $10 CAD, 6-8 business days
ORDER TO THE UNITED STATES (Based on current exchange rates):
Tracked Packet USA (USPS): $8 USD, 8-14 business days

Standard International (Canada Post): $25 CAD, 6-21 business days
Processing time is 1-4 business days, before shipment of your parcel. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please look for this confirmation email in your junk/spam folder.
What if I type in the wrong address at checkout?
Unfortunately, no refund or free replacement will be given for an incorrect address. It will be the customer's responsibility to try and track down the package. For this reason, please ensure you are double checking your shipping details before completing checkout. If you realize you've entered it incorrectly after ordering, please email email@example.com as quickly as possible, so that we can correct it before shipment.
